XI Festival Cultural de Mazatlan is a wonderful celebration of events, with many taking place in the historic downtown area (Centro Historico) or the beautiful Angela Peralta Theater. The events included are dance, theatre, film and literature and concerts, featured from Nov. 1st – Dec. 18th
Mazatlan will be host to many bluewater anglers for the Annual Billfish Tournament, scheduled from December 7th to December 11th, 2011.
